Seats available on whale advisory council

NOAA's Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary is working to fill eight primary seats and eight alternative seats on its advisory council. For the first time, a youth member seat will be added to the council. Applications are due by Jan. 31.
